How long will it take to pick up my car?

The pick-up of your junk car depends on the availability of our towing truck. We will pick up your car within 2-4 hours after the acceptance of our quote from your end. We also schedule the pick-up of the car either for weekday or for a weekend.

Bad weather conditions are an exception!

When will I get my payment for my old junk car?

The payment is given on the same day of pick-up.

How can I get an offer for my old scrap car?

You can either fill the form t get a quote request available on our site. After receiving it, we will give you a callback or e-mail you with a quote.

You can also call us directly and provide the above information to get an instant quote.

Should I need possession to sell my old car?

Yes, we don’t accept any photocopies. You need to provide the original possession.

Can I bring my scrap car to you?

YES! You can bring your old car to us if it is in running condition. And if you bring your old junk car to us then, you may get a higher price (as charges for tow driver will get excluded).

Does the owner need to be present physically at the time of pickup?

Generally, we need the owner to present there at the time of pickup because their signature is required to complete the formalities. But if the owner is not present because of some reason, then we can consider it.

Are there any hidden charges?

Absolutely no! We don’t include any hidden charges. We always remain transparent with our clients.

What steps should I take before selling my car?

Check your car carefully before handing over the keys to our driver. Make sure there is no belonging left in your car.

Will I get the receipt?

Of course! After selling your scrap car, our driver will hand over the receipt (or invoice) to you for the records.

Will you buy my car if I have any claim?

Unfortunately no! We don’t accept any vehicle with a lien. Everything should be clear from your end before the sale.
